Bi-Ethnic Characters of Hyperborea, by Ben Ball. The universal desire of humankind to reproduce has overcome insular attitudes to give birth to a wide variety of racial mélanges in Hyperborea. The racially indistinct common folk are the widest-spread example, but others such as the Kimmeri-Kelts and Half-Blood Picts are important in certain regions. In sooth, all races that can crossbreed have done so in at least small numbers, and any individual might have parents of any two interfertile races1. Though many such have the general appearance and stature of common folk, others have unusual looks that call for special procedures to determine their physique. These 210 crosses are treated separately herein.

Drunken Debauchery, by Colin Chapman. Characters in Hyperborea seldom start any adventure laden with great wealth, and they frequently squander their hard-won money and treasure on temporary pleasures when visiting centres of civilization, such as Khromarium. When a player character finishes an adventure and returns to whatever passes for civilization to rest and recuperate, follow the procedures in this document to determine the results of their carousing.
